Are children allowed?

Pan African Food Festival USA is a family-friendly event welcoming guests of all ages! Kids 12 and under get in for a small nominal fee — we keep it low so the whole family can join the celebration.

Is the festival rain or shine?

Yes, Pan African Food Festival USA takes place rain or shine. We recommend checking the forecast before you head out and dressing accordingly — an umbrella or light rain jacket is never a bad idea. In the rare case of severe weather that would require a cancellation or postponement, we'll notify ticket holders directly via email as soon as possible.

Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable — if you can no longer attend, feel free to send your confirmation email to someone else to use in your place.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted at the festival. Part of the fun is exploring the incredible variety of dishes from our vendors! If you have a medical condition or dietary need that requires you to bring your own food, please reach out to us in advance at [support email] so we can accommodate you.

How will I receive my tickets?

Your ticket is 100% digital. There's nothing to print or ship. Simply save your confirmation email; you'll show it (on your phone or printed, if you prefer) at the entrance for admission.

Is parking available?

Yes! Parking is available at Heritage Garage, located at 501 E Monroe St, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Please note that parking fees may apply. Street parking is also available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.

What if I lose my confirmation email?
